What it keeps track of
- Material planning by room
- Each project is laid out as areas and spaces. Space templates fill a bathroom or kitchen with the item slots it needs, ready to be specified.
- Invoices read for you
- Attach a PDF or a photo of a receipt. The reader pulls out every line, looks up the product, and suggests which planned item it belongs to.
- Payments from the bank
- Transactions import from the company accounts each morning and get tagged to invoices and projects, so balances are real, not typed in.
- Crew time and check-ins
- Timesheets per project and person, with a daily check-in call that records the day's hours by phone.
- Contracts
- Each project's contracts, with the invoices that bill against them attached.
- Materials worth remembering
- A shared shortlist of products and stores across projects, and a search across every item ever planned.
